Requirements for This Role
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet New York state standards:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current New York State SLP License and Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs considered

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students IEP goals

Provide both individual and group therapy sessions

Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support academic and social development

Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
